Stein's Honey is a family-owned business located in Collins, Ohio, that began with a simple goal: helping the apple trees in the Stein family's yard thrive. What starting with just two beehives in 1998 has grown into a local honey operation built on years of experience, hard work, and a passion for beekeeping. Stein's Honey continues to bring locally produced honey throughout the region, with family tradition at the heart of what they do.

One of the things that makes Stein's Honey special is its commitment to producing honey with care, from tending the hives to harvesting and bottling the finished product. With its naturally sweet flavor, local honey is a versatil addition to everything from breakfast favorites and bakes goods to dressings, marinades, and seasonal dishes. 

Stein's Honey also takes steps to make the most of its harvest. Beeswax left over from honey production is repurposed into candles and beeswax products, helping reduce waste and make use of more of what the hives have to offer. This thoughtful approach reflects the care that goes into their operation and the natural process behind every jar.
