Koki's Tortillas

Koki's Tortillas was started in 2001 by Avelino and Maria Paz. Avelino has over 45 years experience in the tortilla industry and always wanted to have his own tortilla factory. Slowly, over several years, he saved up and bought old machines that he then repaired. When they were ready, both saw a need for fresh tortillas in Columbus, OH. This is where Avelino and Maria made their dream a reality. He has been able to make vast improvements to his business since then. On average they produce around 100,000 tortillas a day, five days a week.
