Using a time-tested, family recipe, founder Father Sam started baking bread for his parishioners to enjoy. Word quickly spread about his delicious golden-brown pocket bread, so he decided to try his hand at producing larger volumes so everyone could enjoy. Today, they continue to be family run and are committed to a culture of quality and excellence. While they have expanded their bakery to include tortillas, wraps and sandwich squares, they continue to remain true to our heritage.
