O'Med Vinegars—Perfect for Every Dish!

We can't get enough of O-Med vinegars! The acidity and rich taste make it a great enhancement for the overall taste profile of a wide range of dishes. 


Indulge your guests with a hint of the exquisite flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar. The acidity is smooth, with a well-rounded fruity flavor and hints of fine oak. This cabernet sauvignon vinegar has an intense deep purple color due to being aged 12 months in French oak barrels. 


The chardonnay vinegar is our favorite to use for any recipe that calls for white wine vinegar. It is defined by its tangy taste, making it perfect to use in things like salad dressings, and marinades, and can even be used for pickling.


Sherry vinegar is slightly sweet with a nutty flavor, but not overpowering. It is made of three main grapes-moscatel, Pedro Ximenez, and palomino. Sherry vinegars spend a minimum of six months aging in oak barrels before they are ready for use.


Apple cider vinegar is a popular option for good reason. It is a light, subtly sweet vinegar made from apples, instead of grapes. It can be used in all kinds of recipes, and some even drink the vinegar on its own!
