Fall is here, and we're ready with flavors perfect for the season!

Fall is a season built around depth, where crisp apples, hearty squash, and warm flavors take center stage.

Local harvest continue to be a major part of fall. While we transition away from local peppers and tomatoes, apples like honeycrisp, jonagold, and Melrose, are versatile, offfering balanced and unique flavors great for fresh applications, baking, and more!

Fall squash varieties, like kabocha and delicata, shine throughout the season. They bring color, texture, and a subtle sweetness that defines fall flavor. Paired with fresh sage and other fall staples, these items build layers of flavor that are both familiar and seasonal.

Specialty items also take the spotlight.  Local Ohio Honey from Stein's Honey, and Maple Syrup from the Bissel Maple Farm are a great way to add a touch of seasonal sweetness to the menu.
